Manufacturer evaluation and selection
Arxline evaluates manufacturers based on relevant factors, including technical capabilities, quality systems, production reliability, communication and individual customer requirements.
Participation does not automatically qualify a manufacturer for every customer opportunity or mean that its technical capabilities have been independently verified. Arxline independently determines which manufacturers to recommend for specific projects. Customers make their own purchasing decisions.
Business opportunities and free membership
Network participation does not guarantee customer introductions, requests for quotation, purchase orders, sales or other business opportunities. Arxline works to identify potential opportunities and facilitate communication where appropriate, but purchasing decisions remain with the customer.
Joining the network is free. Optional paid U.S. market-development services are separate from network participation. Purchasing these services is not required to join and does not guarantee selection or preferential consideration for customer opportunities.
Voluntary participation and withdrawal
Manufacturers may request to leave the Arxline Manufacturing Network at any time. Arxline may also suspend or discontinue a manufacturer's participation at its discretion, including when the manufacturer no longer meets network requirements or when continued participation is no longer appropriate.
There are no membership termination fees. Ending network participation does not automatically terminate obligations under separate agreements or existing contracts.
Manufacturer information and privacy
Joining the network does not itself grant permission to publish a manufacturer profile or use manufacturer-specific information for promotion. Any public presentation or promotional use is subject to the permissions and applicable arrangements governing that information. Participation does not authorize disclosure of manufacturer names, confidential documents or other private information.
If network participation ends, Arxline will discontinue the manufacturer's public network profile and associated promotional use of its information within a reasonable period, subject to applicable agreements and obligations.
Arxline may retain appropriate internal business records, including relevant communications, qualification records and historical documentation, subject to applicable law and retention requirements.
