01

Prototype success is one milestone.

A successful sample demonstrates an approach. It does not, by itself, demonstrate repeatable production at the required volume. Arxline helps coordinate the questions that connect prototype work to tooling, inspection, capacity, and delivery planning.

02

Set the acceptance criteria early.

Agree the drawing revision, key characteristics, measurement methods, sample quantities, and documentation needed for approval. Record deviations and open questions so the next iteration has a clear purpose.

  • Design and material clarification
  • Tooling and fixture scope
  • Sample and first-article coordination
  • Pilot quantities and production handover requirements
03

Keep the handover explicit.

Before repeat orders, clarify who approves changes, which documents govern the build, how nonconforming parts are handled, and what records are retained. Arxline supports communication; the buyer and manufacturer approve their quality and commercial arrangements.
