Support the supplier relationship you already have.
You do not need to be looking for a new manufacturer. Arxline supports U.S. engineering, purchasing, and operations teams that need clearer communication and practical follow-through with an independent Vietnamese factory. An assignment may concern an established supplier, a new production program, or a specific issue that needs local coordination.
Local manufacturing support can help organize factory questions, follow up on agreed actions, and distinguish reported progress from points that still need confirmation. The purpose is to give your team useful information for decisions—not to replace your supplier relationship or approval responsibilities.
Manufacturing liaison services, scoped to your needs.
Every assignment depends on confirmed local availability, factory access and cooperation, agreed scope, and the qualifications required for the work. Before proceeding, we confirm what can be covered, which information may be shared, and where specialist support is needed.
- Manufacturing liaison: coordinate supplier communication, technical clarification, open questions, and agreed actions between your U.S. team and the Vietnamese manufacturer. Keep requirements and responsibilities explicit rather than treating an informal discussion as approval.
- Factory visits: coordinate an agreed on-site visit, record observations within the permitted scope, and provide written reporting. Photographs require factory authorization and appropriate confidentiality permission; access to every process or document cannot be assumed.
- Production follow-up: request updates against agreed milestones and schedules, track outstanding questions, and escalate reported delays or issues. Supplier-reported updates are identified as such; follow-up does not guarantee capacity, shipment dates, or production outcomes.
- Supplier capability assessments: review documented equipment, relevant manufacturing processes, and capacity claims against your stated needs. Distinguish supplied documents, visit observations, and unverified claims. Equipment ownership alone does not prove achievable tolerances or production readiness.
- Sample and prototype coordination: help clarify sample requirements, drawing revisions, feedback, and next steps with the manufacturer. Your team and the supplier retain responsibility for engineering approval, acceptance criteria, testing, and authorization to proceed.
- Ongoing supplier support: arrange a defined communication and reporting cadence for continuing assignments. Confirm the responsible contacts, escalation path, and scope of follow-up before work begins; ongoing support is not an assumption of factory management responsibility.
One-time assignments or ongoing coordination.
A one-time assignment might cover a factory visit, a defined set of supplier questions, or follow-up on a sample milestone. Ongoing support can provide regular updates and action tracking across an agreed period. We scope and quote each engagement individually; there is no fixed service price or implied commitment to unlimited factory support.
The quotation should establish the location, required access, timing, deliverables, reporting cadence, and any travel or specialist work included. Changes to the assignment are agreed before additional work is undertaken.
Agree the work before the factory follow-up.
Start with the supplier relationship and the decision you need to make. Arxline will review the request and confirm feasibility before committing to an assignment.
- Describe the project: identify the manufacturing process, factory location, current stage, timing, and the questions or issues requiring support.
- Confirm access and permissions: establish supplier cooperation, authorized contacts, confidentiality arrangements, and permission for any proposed visit or photographs.
- Approve the scope and quotation: agree the activities, qualifications, deliverables, schedule, and reporting arrangements.
- Coordinate and report: follow up on the agreed work, document findings and limitations, and identify decisions or actions for your team and the manufacturer.
Engineering-informed reporting you can act on.
Manufacturing questions need context: a drawing revision, material condition, inspection method, sample status, or production milestone can change what an update means. Arxline's engineering-informed approach emphasizes clear requirements and evidence rather than unsupported statements that a factory is qualified or a part is acceptable.
Arxline does not own or operate the factories. Independent manufacturers remain responsible for production and agreed quality obligations; buyers retain supplier selection, engineering, and acceptance decisions. These liaison services are not accredited inspection, testing, or certification, and do not guarantee production quality or delivery. Any specialist activity requires suitable qualifications and a separately confirmed scope.
- Written updates covering the agreed activities and outstanding questions.
- Action lists identifying responsible parties and next steps where agreed.
- Visit observations and authorized photographs, when included and available.
- Clear separation of supplier-reported information, reviewed documents, direct observations, and matters requiring further verification.
Request a quotation for manufacturing liaison support.
Tell us whether you already have a Vietnamese supplier, where the factory is located, the process or product involved, and what you need help coordinating. Include the desired timing and whether you need a one-time assignment or ongoing support. A non-confidential summary is enough to begin; confidential drawings and supplier documents can follow through an agreed secure exchange process.

Can Arxline help if we already have a supplier in Vietnam?
Yes. Manufacturing liaison support can be scoped around your existing independent supplier. You do not need a manufacturer-search engagement. We first confirm local availability, supplier cooperation, and the activities your team needs.
Can you visit a Vietnamese factory on our behalf?
A visit may be included once the location, local availability, factory access, and scope are confirmed. Reporting covers the agreed observations; photographs require authorization. A visit is not an accredited audit or a guarantee of manufacturing capability.
Does production follow-up guarantee our order will ship on time?
No. Arxline can coordinate updates, track agreed milestones, and escalate issues within the engagement scope. Production commitments remain with the manufacturer, and reported progress may require further evidence or confirmation.
Is a capability assessment the same as certification or inspection?
No. A scoped capability assessment reviews available information and identifies relevant observations, gaps, and follow-up questions. Accredited inspection, laboratory testing, certification, or other specialist work requires appropriately qualified providers and a separately agreed scope.
How are liaison assignments priced?
Assignments are individually scoped and quoted according to the activities, location, timing, access, deliverables, and reporting required. One-time and ongoing engagements are both possible, subject to confirmed availability and agreement.
